1. Service description

Exactrole ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered job search pipeline service. We discover job postings, score them against your profile, tailor your CV, and send you alerts. We do not apply to jobs on your behalf.

2. No fabrication guarantee

Our CV tailoring service reorders and reframes your existing experience. We guarantee that no experience, qualification, or skill not present in your original CV will be added, implied, or fabricated. You are responsible for verifying any tailored CV before submission.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in GBP via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period
• We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep current pricing until renewal

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Exactrole to apply to jobs you are not qualified for, to generate fraudulent CVs, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Limitation of liability

Exactrole is a tool to assist your job search. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or successful applications. Job scores are AI estimates and should be treated as guidance, not certainty. We are not liable for missed opportunities arising from pipeline failures.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
